I’ve spent my career helping teams create digital experiences that are more useful, human, and strategically connected. I care deeply about the work itself, but also about the vision, process, and team dynamics that make great work possible.

At OneMain Financial, I lead product design and strategy across multiple digital products, partnering with product and technology to shape thoughtful experiences at scale. My work spans design leadership, experience strategy, team development, and exploring how AI can help teams work smarter and move faster.

My background across agency, enterprise, and transformation work has taught me how to navigate ambiguity, connect people, and build momentum around meaningful change.

Outside of work, I’m usually elbows deep in a home renovation project with my husband, chasing down our son Henry, or getting overrun by our two French bulldogs.
