This project was a proposed product offering for Carvana. The purpose of the product offering was to provide Carvana's customers with a faster way to get prequalified for a loan, while also educating to customer on the pre-qualification process.
I conducted a user study that revealed that the average Carvana customer was between the ages of 21-30 and preferred internet browsing on a mobile device as opposed to a desktop. This information perfectly aligned to Carvana's analytics that reported 70% of traffic to their site was mobile. So, to meet the ask, I proposed a mobile-first design that utilized a short application form that was further aided by the use of Scannr, a license scanner service, for more speedy and accurate form completion. This design was set to not only benefit the consumer, but would also generate more leads due to the efficiency of form completion.
